Our Beach ~ Well. we call it that because it is only 90 yards from the Summer House down our dead end street.  This picture was taken from the water’s edge looking north toward the Manatee county public beach in the center of Anna Maria Island. The pier has been refurbished and now has a railing for the safety of all that wish to take a stroll for the sunsets, enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach, or just go fishing. The pier sits in front of the beach, which provides food and drink, a playground for kids, volley ball nets, public rest rooms, and more. The area of beach from which the picture is taken is considered private but open to all our guests.
