Blue Daze and Veranda are based on 2 guests, the Ivy Garden is based on 4 guests.

Check-In: after 3:00 PM    

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is a nonrefundable deposit, with no exceptions. The balance of the rental amount is due 6 weeks prior to arrival and it is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that this is received in a timely manner. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and US $ checks.

Cancellations: Full return of balance will be made with providing the period booked can be re-rented.  If the term expires and the period was not rented no refund will be issued.

Housekeeping:  Guests are expected to leave accommodations clean. Fresh linens are provided upon request.

Holiday Weekends: A 3-day minimum stay is required.

Extras: Beach Chairs, umbrellas, barbecue grill, and NEW SWIMMING POOL are available to our guests.

Pets: are not allowed.

The Summer House is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking outside only, please.
